No more than two occupants in our one bedroom properties.

No more than four occupants in our two bedroom properties.

No more than six occupants in our three bedroom properties. 

No more than Eight occupants in our four bedroom properties.

Plus One

We do not allow assignment or subletting.
If occupants rent a place and one or more moves out. The remaining residents  CAN NOT bring in another person to take the place of the person who moved. We are VERY serious about assignment and Subletting, Very serious!  Assignment or subletting is also known as SELLING YOUR CONTRACT.

We are not a modern day version of a motel. Once you lease premises you need to comply to assignment and subletting terms. All of our contracts have long term leases. We don't do semesters, nor do we do school year contracts.
